NOTICE

Online Course Evaluation for Fall 2011 is available from November 23 to November 30, 2011. It is COMPULSORY for all students (BS, BBA, MS & MBA) to provide their input regarding courses they studied in Fall 2011.Students who are registered in Project-I, Project-II or FYP are also required to submit its blank course evaluation. Following steps will be followed to complete the Online Course Evaluation successfully:

Step 1:           

Obtain your Login ID/Password by proving your identity from Computer Lab Staff. (In case if you don' t remember the same)

Step 2:        
   
Please utilize any P.C in the Computer Labs to carryout the Online Course Evaluation.

Step 3:

Open Internet Explorer (Only) and type in the address bar
http://fastrapps/radix/student
Step 4:      
     
Enter your Login ID and Password

Step 5:        
   
Click on Course Feedback 

Step 6:         
  
Then one by one complete the Online Course Evaluation of all courses you are registered in Fall 2011.

Step 7:     
      
Logout after completing all courses evaluations. In order to ensure the quality compliance, Students are advised to provide their sincere feedbacks. Last date to submit the online feedback is November 30, 2011. Admit Cards of Final Examination will not be issued to all those who fail to submit online feedback.
